This is the required Prelicense Course all Tennessee Real Estate license applicants must complete in order to qualify to take the Tennessee Real Estate (Affiliate Broker) license examination. Books and material are included. 

All class dates are held during the week from 6:00pm - 10:00pm.

The dates of this course are Tuesday, September 8 - Friday, Spetember 11 AND Monday, September 14 - Thursday, September 17 from 6:00pm - 10:00pm.

Exact course dates are:

• Tuesday- September 8
• Wednesday- September 9
• Thursday- September 10
• Friday- September 11
• Monday - September 14
• Tuesday - September 15
• Wednesday - September 16
• Thursday - September 17

By default the system blocks off the consecutive dates of September 8-17, but the actual 8 dates of this course are the ones listed above.
