In this seminar you will learn how to purchase investment real estate inside of an IRA/401k. The advantage of purchasing real estate inside of an IRA is all of the rental income and growth will be tax free or tax deferred. IRA law has always allowed alternative investments such as real estate and notes. Come learn what the brokerage firms won’t tell you.

Students can choose to attend this class virtually via Zoom or in-person in the WCAR training room.
