Misty Woodford has been around the real estate industry her entire life. She grew up in real estate offices in Western KY, working with her grandmother, father, aunt and cousins all in the business. Deciding to venture off the family trail, she moved to Nashville to pursue a career in retail and Human Resources management. After marrying her husband, Jeff, a general contractor, she decided to get back into the real estate business in TN. She’s owned her own brokerage, worked at a large regional brokerage, been the managing broker of a midsize firm, and worked as an agent at a boutique firm. She brings her experience from brokerage ownership, working in different size brokerages, the construction industry, and service on the Residential Forms committee to the class to present material for different perspectives.
