A two-day educational summit featuring a keynote speaker and up to 12 hours of CE credit (pending TREC approval). Attendance is expected to be around 200 members.
WCAR offers year-round professional development opportunities that equip REALTORS® with the knowledge, tools, and credentials required to succeed in today's market. These sponsorships provide consistent exposure to engaged members through recurring education and CE courses.
Each $5,000 sponsorship includes exclusive sponsorship of all sessions within that course category for the 2026 calendar year (typically one course per month).
Sponsor all New Member Orientation sessions throughout the year. These sessions introduce new REALTORS® to WCAR, professionalism standards, and tools for success.
Sponsor all Code of Ethics courses, a required component of REALTOR® membership and ongoing compliance.
Sponsor all TREC Core courses, which provide required continuing education for license renewal.
Sponsor all Contracts courses, one of the most consistently attended and highdemand education offerings.
Sponsor all Fair Housing courses, focused on compliance, ethics, and leadership within the industry.
These are individual classes or special-topic educational events that occur throughout the year and may be sponsored on an individual basis. Looking for an open opportunity? Educational and networking opportunities designed to equip REALTORS® to lead with inclusivity and fairness.
YPN supports REALTORS® five years or less in the industry through networking and professional growth.
Broker Breakfasts provide exclusive opportunities for Managing Brokers to connect with one another and engage with featured speakers. WCAR's goal is to host 3–4 Broker Breakfasts per calendar year, scheduled as needed.
One of WCAR's signature events, the Annual Membership Luncheon is typically held in the fall and includes an industry-relevant program and the kickoff of the Board of Directors election.
