Information:

This class is the ethics course mandated by the National Association of Realtors every 3 calendar years. The current three-year period is January 1, 2019- December 31, 2021.
This course should be completed by all Realtors members by December 31, 2021.
Even if you are grandfathered, you are required to take a Code of Ethics class.
If you are an appraiser, you are required to take a Code of Ethics class.
If you have Emeritus status, you do not have to take a Code of Ethics course.

Students can choose to attend this class virtually via Zoom or in-person in the WCAR training room.
