This class is the ethics course mandated by the National Association of REALTORS every 3 years. The current three year period is January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2021.

This course should be completed by all REALTOR members by December 31, 2021.

• Even if you are grandfathered, you are required to take a Code of Ethics class.
• If you are an appraiser, you are required to take a Code of Ethics class.
• If you have Emeritus status, you do not have to take an ethics course.
