Have you ever wondered what happens when you call your lender and refer a client?  How about once the loan is in progress … what really happens at the bank to take the loan from contract to closing?  In this class you’ll get the background and insight into what happens from preapproval to closing on the lending side.  You’ll also get a refresher of the most common loan types to give you more confidence as you speak to your clients.
