This is the required Prelicense Course all Tennessee Real Estate license applicants must complete in order to qualify to take the Tennessee Real Estate (Affiliate Broker) license examination. Books and material are included. 

All class dates are held during the week from 6:00pm - 10:00pm.

The dates of this course are Monday, September 21 - Thursday- September 24 AND Monday, September 28 - Thursday, October 1 from 6:00pm - 10:00pm.

Exact course dates are:

• Monday- September 21
• Tuesday- September 22
• Wednesday- September 23
• Thursday- September 24
• Monday - September 28
• Tuesday - September 29
• Wednesday - September 30
• Thursday - October 1

By default the system blocks off the consecutive dates of September 21- October 1, but the actual 8 dates of this course are the ones listed above.
