Information:

Principal Broker TREC Core- 6 hours towards TREC Core requirements; 2 hours towards electives. This course is open to anyone who holds Broker license in the state of TN.

Class will be from 8:00am-4:30pm- this includes an hour lunch break.
WCAR is not offering any food service at this time.

Beginning August 1, 2022, WCAR will no longer be delivering classes in a hybrid format. This means that there is no longer a virtual attendance option for this class.
