It is Annual Dues Billing Time for all REALTOR® and Affiliate Members. As a reminder, REALTOR® Dues invoices are available in your online portal. The total amount due is $576 for REALTORS® and $271 for Affiliate Members. Please note that this does include a small increase of dues as approved by NAR at the Mid-Year Conference in May. Those seeking to pay installment payments may do so by using the following installment option below. Both the installment payments, as well as full payment can be made electronically here or by logging into your membership portal here.
As a reminder, ALL 2019 Dues are required to be paid or postmarked by December 31, 2018. Those received after that date will be charged a $100 late fee.
REALTOR® Dues for 2019 are $576.00
The installment option is three monthly payments required NAR to be paid first, followed by TN REALTORS®, and finally WCAR and RPAC.
October 1, 2018 - $185.00 - NAR Dues
November 1, 2018 - $120 - TN REALTORS® Dues
December 1, 2018 - $271 - WCAR and RPAC
