Membership is subject to approval by your fellow REALTORS. The Board of Directors approves the initiation of each member as outlined in the Association's Bylaws. Please note that the bylaws for the Association are available on our local WCAR website.

2022 Membership Dues Payments:
I have posted your $150.00 application fee. Please note: the application fee is a separate payment from the dues invoice and payment.
I have also posted your 2022 dues. The total for your dues is $xxx.xx. This payment will cover your 2022 NAR Dues, 2022 TN REALTORS® Dues, and 2022 WCAR Dues. This amount also includes two voluntary donations. One of those is to RPAC (REALTOR® Political Action Committee) in the amount of $15.00 and one is to REALTOR® Good Works Foundation in the amount of $10.00. You can opt out of these if you wish to do so when making this payment.
Required Classes:
You are registered for both Orientation and Code of Ethics on mm/dd/yyyy.
WCAR orientation will be held on mm/dd/yyyy, from 9:00 AM- 11:30 AM. This class will be held in person only. We will also hold the Code of Ethics class from 1:00PM-4:00PM this day in person as well.
You are required to take BOTH the WCAR Orientation portion as well as the Code of Ethics portion within 90 days of joining your local board. You will automatically be signed up for BOTH WCAR Orientation and Code of Ethics. Both classes are complimentary through WCAR for new members.
