"Realizing the American dream of homeownership means having YOUR place to call home…Home is where we create our memories, share time with friends and family, and live out our lives. Having the opportunity to help people achieve this dream every day is a privilege I am so grateful for.”

Dawne, who became a REALTOR in 2004, has become a well-respected Broker with PARKS real estate thanks to her extensive knowledge of Middle Tennessee's residential real estate market and neighborhoods.

A passionate, pro-active professional, Dawne believes her responsibility to protect her client’s interests is the most important priority of a REALTOR. She likewise believes the responsibility to fight for homeownership rights is a priority every REALTOR shares.  Dawne is an ardent supporter of The REALTOR Party and RPAC through her involvement with Williamson County Association of REALTORS, Tennessee REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.  She serves as a member of the Government Affairs Committee both at the local and state level, has Chaired the RPAC committee and is a "Golden R" RPAC Investor and member of the President's Circle.

Being a "doer" is ingrained in Dawne's personality.  She believes giving back is better than taking, and strives to make a difference where she can. As Chair of the REALTOR Good Works Foundation, she oversees WCAR's philanthropic organization. Good Works prioritizes giving back to the excellent schools and students who make Williamson County a top choice for home ownership. Dawne also supports and donates a portion of every closing to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Middle, TN, where she helps coordinate a company-wide effort for her brokerage.

A Memphis native, Dawne spent 18 years in Virginia and Washington, DC where after graduation, she built a successful career as a political and non-profit fund-raising professional. She got to Middle Tennessee as fast as she could.

Dawne is the mother of two grown children, she is married to a very patient husband, and she feeds two dogs, three cats and a coop full of chickens, who live with her on her farm.
