This class is the Fair Housing course mandated by the National Association of Realtors every 3 calendar years. The current three-year period is January 1, 2025- December 31, 2027. This course should be completed by all Realtors members by December 31, 2027.
This class is open to all NEW and ESTABLISHED WCAR members. If you are a NEW WCAR member, you must complete with class within 90-days of application approval.
